Construction work to begin on multi-use trail mid-week between Tilden St and Piney Branch Parkway

Sometime this week, likely Wednesday Oct. 12, contractors will begin reconstruction of the multi-use trail in Rock Creek Park along Beach Drive between Tilden St NW and Piney Branch Parkway. The National Park Service will provide a delineated and protected space for pedestrians and cyclists on Beach Drive adjacent to the trail work. Cyclists and pedestrians will need to rejoin the multi-use trail and exit Beach Drive at Piney Branch Parkway.
